Cancellation Policy

48+ hours notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hours' notice, there is no charge at all. I'm happy to rebook you at a time that works better.

24–48 hours notice

For cancellations with between 24 and 48 hours' notice, 50% of the session fee is appreciated. This helps cover the time that was reserved for you and can't easily be offered to another client at short notice.

Less than 24 hours or no-show

For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you don't attend your appointment without letting me know, the full session fee may be charged.

Emergencies

Genuine emergencies are always considered with kindness. If something unexpected comes up, please just let me know and we'll work it out together.

I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel, please just let me know as soon as you can — that's all I ask.
