1

You Book

Use the online booking link to choose your treatment and a time that suits you. You'll get an immediate confirmation and a short health intake form — just a few questions about your health and what you'd like to focus on, so I can prepare your session before you arrive.

2

You Arrive

You'll be welcomed into a calm, private treatment space. There's no clinical smell, no harsh lighting. We'll sit together for a brief consultation — usually 5–10 minutes — to go over your intake form, talk about how you're feeling, and agree what you'd like to get from today's session. There's no right or wrong answer.

3

You Relax

You'll lie down (or sit, if you prefer) fully clothed — the only thing you need to remove is your shoes and socks. I'll cleanse your feet gently, and we begin.

The pressure is firm but never painful. Most people describe it as satisfying — like a thorough foot massage, but with effects that ripple through your whole body. It's completely normal to feel warmth, tingling, or a floating heaviness. Many clients fall asleep, which is always a good sign.

4

Afterwards

When your treatment ends, I'll give you a moment to come back to yourself slowly — there's no rush. I'll share anything I noticed during the session and offer simple aftercare guidance: drink plenty of water, rest if you can, be gentle with yourself for the rest of the day.

Most people feel calm — sometimes a little drowsy. Many clients report sleeping particularly well that night.

Common Questions

No. Reflexology works on your feet only — you stay completely clothed throughout. The only thing you need to remove is your shoes and socks.
This is one of the most common concerns — and almost always unfounded once people experience it. The pressure used in reflexology is firm and purposeful, which feels very different from a light tickle. The vast majority of clients who worry about this find it isn't a problem at all.
Reflexology can be a wonderful support during pregnancy, but there are some considerations depending on your trimester and circumstances. Please get in touch before booking and we'll have a quick chat to make sure it's right for you at this stage.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy — it works alongside, not instead of, medical care. I work with clients managing a wide range of conditions. Please include anything relevant in your intake form and I'll adapt your treatment accordingly. If you're unsure whether reflexology is appropriate for you, your GP can advise.
One session will give you a genuine sense of what reflexology feels like and what it can do. For specific goals — better sleep, hormonal support, stress management — most clients find 4–6 weekly sessions most effective, followed by monthly maintenance. There is no pressure or financial commitment: each session is booked individually.
I'm based in Bristol and see clients from across the city and within roughly 30 miles — including Bath, Weston-super-Mare, Portishead, Clevedon, Nailsea, Thornbury, Chipping Sodbury, and the surrounding areas. If you're not sure whether you're in range, just ask.
Absolutely — Baby and Toddler Reflexology is safe from birth and is one of my specialist areas. Sessions use very gentle, adapted techniques and always include guidance so you can continue at home. I'd love to see you both.
Please do. It means it's working.
