Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vouchers are delivered as a PDF via email within 24 hours of payment being received. Lost or misplaced vouchers cannot be replaced, so please keep yours safe.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message. Before your first session, you will be asked to complete a short intake form covering your health history and any areas of concern. This helps me tailor your treatment and ensure it is appropriate for you.

Cancellations

Please refer to the cancellation policy for full details on cancellation notice periods and associated fees.

Reflexology as a complementary therapy

Reflexology is a complementary therapy. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition or concern, please consult your GP. I am happy to work alongside your existing healthcare providers, but I do not diagnose, prescribe, or claim to cure any condition.

Limitation of liability

Inner Balance Reflexology accepts no liability for any outcomes beyond what is reasonably expected of a professional reflexology session delivered by a qualified practitioner. By booking a session, you acknowledge that reflexology is a complementary therapy and that results may vary from person to person.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
